Yes, you can make a booking anytime before departure. For last-minute bookings, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
How can I pay for my booking?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express In what currency are the prices displayed? All prices on our website are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). Are there any additional charges for payments? No, we do not charge any additional fees for credit card, debit card, or other payment methods. However, your bank may impose additional charges for international transactions. Please contact your bank for more information.
What happens after I make a booking?
Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing all your booking details, along with your e-ticket attached.
How long does it take to receive a booking confirmation?
You will receive an immediate booking confirmation upon successful completion of your online booking. However, during peak periods, this process may take a few minutes.
I have not received a booking confirmation, What should I do?
Please check your spam folder to ensure that the booking confirmation has not been delivered there. If you still have your booking reference number, please visit our booking retrieval page to resend your confirmation and e-ticket. Can I book for friends and family?
Yes, you can book for anyone. The person making the booking does not need to be present at check-in for departure.
